Nurtured on Granddad Bill's allotment in Newburgh, our vegetables are carefully prepared and used as the basis for our dishes.

Simpson's is run by three generations of the Simpson family.
With much of our seasonal veg grown in Grandad Bill's allotment in Newburgh Fife, business managed by Claire and an inspired menu prepared by our very talented and passionate oldest daughter Emma, we truly are a business with family at the heart of what we do.
Better for the community
Our Goals
What we can’t grow or make we have to buy, so we source our produce within 50 miles of the café as much as possible, making a positive impact on the local community. Using local suppliers means we get the freshest possible products by reducing the journey time from the point of origin to your plate! We are committed to producing food that contains no additives or preservatives, keeping things natural and good for you too.

Our Ethos
At Simpson's we are keenly aware of our impact on the environment and are committed to doing everything possible to make it a positive one. We have removed single use plastics almost entirely, introduced stainless steel reusable straws and have made sure that all disposable material in our takeout packaging is recyclable and in many cases are made from recycled material. This applies to all our paper towels, loo roll, cleaning cloths and napkins too!
